At Resin Art Studio, we value our customers and ensure the highest quality in our products. Please read our return, exchange, and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns, No Exchange, No Cancellations

• All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
• Detailed product descriptions, sizes, and images are provided for your reference to avoid any issues. Please review all information thoroughly before making a purchase.
• Our Quality Check Team inspects each product to ensure it is free from defects before shipping.

Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Products

In rare cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or missing items, you can register a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing artaddiction17@gmail.com with the following:

1. Your Order Number.
2. A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the defect/damage.

Our team will review your complaint and respond within 2-5 working days. If eligible, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue, such as offering a refund or replacement.

Delivery Status Discrepancies

If the delivery status shows “delivered” but you have not received the product:

• Notify us within 24 hours by emailing artaddiction17@gmail.com with your Order Number and the subject line “Wrong Delivery Status.”
• Failing to notify us within 24 hours will disqualify you from any refund or support.

Return to Origin (RTO) Due to Customer Mistakes

If an order is returned due to customer errors, such as:

• Providing incorrect or incomplete address details.
• Sharing inaccurate contact information.
• Failing to respond to calls from the courier or vendor.
• Being unavailable to accept delivery.

The customer will be responsible for:

1. RTO (Return) charges.
2. Reshipment charges.

Order cancellations will not be entertained in such cases.

Refund Eligibility for Defective Products

• Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products supported by an unboxing video as proof.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If eligible for a refund, processing times may vary based on your bank. If you do not receive the amount within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your bank to confirm processing delays.
3. Reach out to us at artaddiction17@gmail.com for further assistance.

Custom Products

Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not applicable for custom products.
