At Resin Art Studio, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the process:
1. Order Processing Time:
Standard Orders: Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days after confirmation. You will receive a notification via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
Custom Products: Orders containing custom products are shipped within 5-7 working days.
2. Dispatch and Delivery:
Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery takes an additional 5-12 working days based on your location. (For North-Eastern States, delivery may take up to 15 days.)
3. Order Confirmation and Changes:
Once your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed. This includes:
Adding or removing items.
Changing products.
Applying coupon codes.
Modifying the shipping address or contact information.
Please double-check your order details before confirming.
4. Unavailable Products or Delays:
If any product in your order becomes unavailable or faces delays, we will notify you within 1-2 working days via call or SMS to discuss possible resolutions.
5. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy: If an order is returned due to customer errors, such as:
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address.
Sharing inaccurate contact information.
Failing to respond to courier or vendor (Resin Art Studio) calls.
Being unavailable to accept the delivery.
The customer will be responsible for:
RTO (Return) charges.
Reshipment charges.
Please note: Order cancellations will not be entertained in such cases.
6. Delivery Discrepancy: If the delivery status shows as “delivered” but you have not received the product, you must notify us within 24 hours by:
Sending an email to artaddiction17@gmail.com with your Order ID and the subject line “Wrong Delivery Status.”
Failure to notify us within the specified time will disqualify you from any refunds or support related to the issue.
7. Shipping Charges:
The shipping charges displayed on the website cover orders weighing up to 25 kg only.
For orders exceeding this weight, we will contact you to inform you about additional shipping charges.
